Boneless chicken wings

This video constitutes an extract from the public recording of a council meeting in Lincoln, Nebraska in the United States of America.

In it a local man addresses the council. Andrew Christenen makes an impassioned plea for the city to rename bonelees chicken wings which, as he points out, actually contain meat from a chicken breast, and have nothing to do with the wings of a chicken.
