The weather has turned very hot and still again. We have spent an hour or so swimming in the bay, and now I have returned to the sauna house and dried myself.

The beach towel lays over a chair drying, which will take about ten minutes in this heat. I look at the sheer yellowness of it and take several pictures. I like this one best.

I will continue reading and practising my Finnish. Duolingo works just like the brain-training apps I used for a year or so, with one important difference. It has a real-world outcome. Even if it does not, in the end, work as well as it claims it will, it still works better than nothing.

I have enjoyed it so far.
