Good Friday, ahoy! The Easter holiday starts here.

I go for a long summery walk under a bright blue sky. Yesterday, when we walked to the bakery, I saw a sixties Mini. On the way back home I turn into Vartiokyläntie and spot another one.

I stop to look at it. It really does seem tiny, even compared to those retro models that call themselves minis but seem as large as the average family car.

We will spend the day in the garden planting and weeding, and not using any digital devices at all, until the evening when we both glance at the news.
