Irma has cajoled, and organised, and persuaded; and today the upstairs room in the Women’s Empowerment building (Snowcastle Tower to its friends) can accept users for the first time.

Sunu has painted one wall with Scratch and some figures from Minecraft, the electric sockets have electricity, and the handmade stools stand waiting for someone to sit on them.
