We went to bed early, slept well, and woke just before 7:00 without the need for an alarm.

I look out of the sixth floor window at Dubai in the early morning. Birds and planes fill the sky, as the sun lights the sides of the buildings.

We leave for the airport inan excellent mood, in plenty of time.

By 19:15 we will have met Anib and Molly, unpacked, and settled in.
