We have had approximately forty eight hours of rain and this morning, to my surprise, I find that it has stopped. I walk out into a bright, crisp morning in time to miss my bus.

I wait at the stop and photograph the moon, still hanging around in the sky behind the trees, and presumably late for bed. I suspect that my phone (an Honor Lite 9, fact fans) will not find the moon in the brightening morning light, but to my surprise it does.

A few minutes later, and a tiny bit more light, and it would not have done.
