Our trip will take place during that period in autumn when plants die, leaves fall, and rain or early snow might appear at any moment. Therefore we will spend much of the day getting the garden ready for whatever happens.

I have filled the wheelbarrow with leaves, having sawn down the remains of the hostas. (Should I say ”one hosta, two hostas” or ”one hosta, two hosta”?)

Later we will take Sunshine to Naa and Sampo for two weeks holiday.
