Garden, 18:11

When I get home Sunshine has arrived back from Pellinge. I go out into the garden to look around and notice that we still have some redcurrants left. I return for a container and spend forty minutes picking them.
Redcurrants in the early autumn! What a surprise, I think. I had assumed that whatever we had left would have dried up and faded away but, no: in the middle of the thickest bush several large clumps of berries have prospered and grown huge.
I will have deluxe breakfasts for the next day or two.
