Itäkeskus, 11:25

Yesterday evening we borrowed one of Mikael’s trailers and hitched it to the back of the car. This morning we all got up with Naa, and the three of us got the 9:00 ferry. We are spending the day in Helsinki.

Auo and I have got the bus to Itäkeskus where we will get the metro to Kamppi and go shopping with Irma’s mother. I will carry three very full shopping bags through the centre. After a pitstop at McDonald’s we will go to Arcada where I will collect a bag full of books for my writing.

Irma will spend the day working from home, pausing only to captain the washing machine, and do some gardening. When we get home I will load the trailer with a set of shelves that need painting white, and three bicycles. Then we will leave.

We will arrive back on the 21:40 ferry-
