It has been overcast since the weekend. It has rained at night. This morning it is bright blue sunshine. I am waiting for a tram while watching an old woman reading a paper and taking large gulps from a bottle of vodka.

Soon I will be printing out the questions for the students’ mognadspröv, before spending a long morning supervising the thesis presentation seminars. These will finish about 15:00 and I will race home to join a Skype meeting about the 2012 Designs on E-Learning conference in London in September.

I will spend the evening the same way as Monday: helping AUo develop and practise her twenty minute class presentation on the demography of Iceland. I still think this is a mad task for her to be asked to do.
