I had a long and useful meeting with Johnny about the forthcoming master’s programme we are supposed to be teaching a course on. Then we had a Jutta-inspired cleaning party, which turned out to be all cleaning and no party. We did get a new coathanger, though, and one of the alleged offices was cleaned out and turned into a space for meeting students. And I was inspired to rearrange the furniture round my desk to create more space.
