Tehtankatu, 12:15

Naa is back, and we are all going to the Eliaskoulu spring fair. I have got out of the car to get some cash, and I am walking along Tehtankatu to the school.

We will hang around, eating makkara and drinking coffee, until 15:00 when we have to do our bit as parents, and sweep up the hall.

Later, I will sprain my left arm moving snow from the pile outside our door to the road where, laid out in the traditional manner, it will melt tomorrow morning. We will talk about the endless winter, and question why we haven’t moved to Kerala. (Because we couldn’t get work there is one answer.)

Moonshine will knock over the box containing Bob the Rabbit (who is still with us) and we will rescue it.
